1. Check the filling of engine oil, diesel oil, steering oil, clutch oil, brake fluid and engine coolant to ensure the normal use of the vehicle, and timely replace and clean the oil filter element, diesel filter element and air filter element.

2.检查转向系统、离合器、制动系统工作是否正常。检查照明灯、报警器、转向指示灯、刹车灯、雨刮器等动作是否正常,均应清洁。检查轮胎气压是否正常,不应有破裂和损伤，轮胎螺母不得有松动。

2. Check whether the steering system, clutch and brake system work normally. Check whether the lamp, alarm, turn indicator, brake light, wiper and other actions are normal and clean. Check whether the tire pressure is normal, there should be no rupture and damage, and the tire nut should not be loose.

3.检查完毕启动车辆进行预热，检查机油压力、发动机水温是否正常，底盘气路有无漏气情况。

4.检查带有尿素的车辆，发动机熄火少30S以内不要关闭车辆总电源，此时系统会将管道残余的尿素溶液排除，以避免结晶堵塞喷嘴。

5.检查液压泵、马达、减速机是否有漏油现象，检查液压油、减速机齿轮油是否充足，有无变质，液压油滤芯是否满足使用要求，液压油散热器能否正常运行。

6.检查主、副车架连接螺栓是否松动、脱落;检查副车架及底盘大梁是否有开裂现象。

7.检查滚道及托轮表面是否有异物，并及时;转动搅拌筒，查看是否有抖动、异响等;查看托轮紧固螺栓是否松动，托轮是否移位;滚道、托轮表面、托轮内部涂抹润滑脂。

Check whether there are foreign matters on the surface of the raceway and supporting roller, and remove them in time; rotate the mixing drum to check whether there is shaking and abnormal noise; check whether the fastening bolts of the supporting wheel are loose and whether the supporting wheel is displaced; apply lubricating grease on the surface of the raceway, supporting roller and inside of the supporting roller.

8.检查进料斗、溜槽处是否有结料并;检查溜槽伸缩支撑旋转时是否伸缩正常，并往伸缩支撑及支撑摇杆处加注润滑脂。

8. Check the feeding hopper and chute to see if there is material scaling and remove it; check whether the expansion support of the chute rotates normally, and add grease to the telescopic support and support rocker.

9.检查传动轴连接螺栓是否松动，传动轴花键及十字轴处加注润滑脂。

10.检查转动操纵手柄操纵是否卡滞，操纵各油嘴处加注润滑脂。
