3、明确油道通畅,柴油发动机提供系统软件没有气体后,可拆开来油泵档板,旋转控制摇杆,拨动油泵拉杠,看拉杠是不是灵便和柱塞弹簧是不是破裂。在拉杠灵便和柱塞弹簧没断的状况下,可运行柴油发动机中速运行十分钟,再有断火状况时,可以用一只铜榔头轻轻地敲打输油泵大螺帽,一面敲一面听柴油发动机响声,假如响声异常,表明输油泵活塞和推杆发卡,开展维修或拆换。

4、如不成则应考量是油嘴不雾化,油泵柱塞弹簧和弹簧座破裂,卡住不运行,或者柴油内有水。拆下来油嘴总成查验开启压力和雾化,假如油嘴总成是正常的,可让客户用洁净柴油装进壶中用油路旁接法开展实验。若再有断火状况应考量是发动机状况。
4. If not, it should be considered that the nozzle is not atomized, the plunger spring and spring seat of the oil pump are broken, stuck, or there is water in the diesel. Remove the nozzle assembly to check the opening pressure and atomization. If the nozzle assembly is normal, the customer can load clean diesel into the pot and carry out the experiment with the oil bypass method. If there is any more interruption, the engine condition should be considered.
5、拆下来喷油器总成,旋转曲轴数圈,即有水喷出来,表明缸盖,缸体有裂痕或沙孔,碰到这类状况时,可向客户表述或向柴油发动机公司反应。归属于发动机状况就不作叙述。

Remove the fuel injector assembly and rotate the crankshaft several times, that is, there is water spraying out, indicating that there are cracks or sand holes in the cylinder head and cylinder block. When encountering such conditions, you can express to the customer or respond to the diesel engine company. It is not related to the engine condition.
